Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Chartered Accountant Freshers (10 positions) specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting. The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting in financial modeling. The selected candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports and conducting variance analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Relevant internships or experience in FP&A or financial reporting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
