Job Description: Chartered Accountant – Future Practice Leader

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a vision to work for long term. The ideal candidate should have a reasonable understanding of income tax, GST, Ind AS, and internal audits and be willing to travel for assignments lasting 7-10 days. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable insights into practical aspects of professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Internal Audits:
• Participate in planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
• Evaluate and improve internal control systems for clients.
• Income Tax and GST:
• Assist with tax planning, filing, and compliance with income tax and GST regulations.
• Provide advisory services on tax-related issues to clients.
• Ind AS Compliance:
• Help clients understand and implement Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards.
• Client Engagement & Fieldwork:
• Travel for 7-10 days of assignments, working directly with clients on-site.
• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Learning and Development:
• Work under experienced mentors to gain practical knowledge on managing a practice.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Reasonable understanding of income tax, GST, Ind AS, and internal audits.
• Ambition to work with our team for the long term.
• Open to traveling for assignments lasting 7-10 days.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
