Role Description:
This role is responsible with respect to all Group Companies for cost analysis, pricing, calculation of expense variance as well as fund flow analysis. The role is also responsible for preparation, conduct and implementation of actions of Internal Audit plan w.r.t. all establishments of Group and includes audit of payables to contractors.
A critical element of the role is to develop, prepare and analyze business and functional MIS and review mechanism.
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepares cost sheet for all units of the Group Companies and provides continuous inputs to the team with costing and final pricing keeping in view budgeted margins.
· Prepares variance analysis of expenses vis a vis budget for all teams to monitor and influence cost savings and greater efficiencies.
· Ensures preparation of fund flow analysis for all units of the Group Companies
· Provides accurate MIS to the management w.r.t. product costing, profitability of products and units, internal audit observations.
· Develop, prepare, and analyze business and functional MIS dashboards.
· Provides accurate MIS to the management w.r.t. unit-wise and product-wise profitability, Machine health, Function-wise, budget variances with RAG light tracking with reasons and actions, financial performance, RM purchase variance viz budget, Functions-wise health, and other paraments as agreed from time to time.
· Aid Strategic Decision Making - One-stop-source for all the information integral in making data-driven executive decisions. Supporting the MD through decision-making processes and acting as an advisor.
· Ensure that the MD is constantly updated on the overall organisation’s alignment to key business imperatives and initiatives across the Company. Assess enquiries, directed to the MD, and determine proper course of action.
· Establish routines to track Departmental / Plant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) anticipate and red-flag potential risks and hindrances to the organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives to the MD and find solutions if there is a need, to correct any situation.
· Act as a conduit between the MD and the department heads to ensure efficient utilization of the MD’s time and bandwidth.
· Facilitate robust annual plans (revenue/profit budgets, capex budgets) for the portfolio of businesses. Facilitate focused and sharp quarterly reviews of the businesses.
· Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules.
· Conduct proactive data analysis & forecasting implications of key indices & provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges and risks.
· Driving operational efficacy by working with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement said executive decisions and lead the coordination with other group companies on significant business initiatives.
· Implements Standard Operating Procedures and leverages IT platforms to improve efficiencies and conform to accounting standards.

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.+5 per month
