Looking for a qualified Charted Accountant with at least 5 Years of experience & Leadership skills for the post of Chief Financial Officer in our company, Kesar Lands.
Skills/ Experience:
- Qualified CA with 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of financial reporting
- Good control on numbers, financial modelling. Analytical ability
- Business Understanding & application of the same
- Very good hands-on Excel & PPT
- Presentation skills, Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Eye for details
- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
Main duties will include the following:
- Annual Budgeting & Long-term Plan
- Monthly MIS (Financial & Non-financial KPIs)
- Variance analysis (MOM, QnQ , YoY and against Budget)
- Budgetary controls (Capex and Opex)
- Capex & Sales-MIS
- New investment - Business Cases analysis
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Filing of TDS and TCS Returns
- Various Income Tax Assessment - Scrutiny Notice Reply details, Advance Tax Notices, Appeal Details, etc.
- Income Tax Return
- Creation of Balance Sheet / Profit and Loss Account / Cash Flow Statement
- To build strong financial reporting framework and compile all financial and non-financial Information.
- Analyze variance analysis for all P&L, balance sheet & Cash flow line items.
- Detailed movement & impact analysis of movement in business and operating KPIs.
- Evaluate all op-ex and cap-ex and prepare DPRs
- Prepare Capex & Sales MIS with detailed breakdown.
- Prepare functional MIS and track actual expenses/revenues against Budget.
- Coordinate with functions & consolidate inputs for budget and outlook
- Closely work with other key departments
- Detailed Monitoring/analysis of company workings on periodic basis & subsequent reporting to top management of the Company
