Job description, work day and responsibilities

Job Responsibility:-

Strategy Execution and Taxation Management
• To facilitate in tax planning, statutory compliance (Direct & Indirect) and Timely deposition of all Direct and Indirect taxes.
• Liaison with auditors, tax authorities, tax advisors and provide tax audit support.
• Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports, accruals and manage tax compliance.
• Prepare replies, submission and information against notices received from Income Tax, Sales Tax, GST department, get it approved and submit on modification/correction suggested, accordingly.
• Ensure to get timely refund of Income Tax, GST etc.
• To attends the initial hearing before the Assessing Officer.
• Facilitate to group staff members in tax related issues - TDS, GST & Income Tax Act etc.
• Check the computation of income, advance tax & deferred tax assets/liabilities and timely payment of tax.
• Ensure timely filling of GSTR1 and GSTR3B with Payment Challan on monthly basis.
• Ensure filling of Annual Return in GSTR + Formats with Reconciliation in GSTR +C.
• Monitoring TDS payments and reconciliation on monthly basis and quarterly e-TDS returns filling and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Coordinate accounting staff and Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
