Job Description
Drafting of agendas and minutes of the meetings of COC under IBC.
Verification of claims of the Creditors during CIRP and Liquidation proceedings.
Drafting the summaries w.r.t. various applications field under CIRP/ Liquidation.
Ensuring various compliances to be made before IPA/ IBBI/ NCLT etc. by the IRP/ RP liquidates during CIRP/ Liquidation proceedings.
Ensuring various compliances w.r.t. corporate debtor under CIRP/ Liquidation like filing of GST Return, Filing of TDS Return, Statutory Audit etc. of the Corporate Debtor.
Ensuring various other compliances with timelines like preparation of Information Memorandum, examining the Resolution Plan etc.
Various other works in relation to Insolvency Resolution Process of Corporate Debtor/ Individuals and Liquidation Process.
Independent Handling of Complete Assignment and leading team members.
Meeting with stakeholders during the assignment, etc.
Organisation of seminars/ webinars on the IBC and other related topics.
Skill Set:
Good knowledge of the Insolvency Bankruptcy code and various other laws viz Companies Act, GST Provisions, Income Tax etc.
Good drafting and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading and writing skills.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
The candidate having practical knowledge of the IBC law and of the allied laws will be preferred.

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
