• Direct Taxation: Statutory filings including Corporate & Individual Income-tax returns, 15CA-CB filings, Tax Audit, TDS, assessments and appeals, other certifications
• Accounting - Book-keeping, payroll etc
• Assurance - Statutory filings, Internal Audits, etc
• ROC - Minutes, Change in Directors, Year end filings
• RBI - FCTRS, FCGPR, FLA filings
• GST compliances and filings
Other criteria:
• MNC clients - direct interaction
• Very good communication skills - verbal and written communication
• Excel - Very good command
• Softwares knowledge - Tally, Computax, etc
• IT skills
