Chartered Accountant

• Financial Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in

alignment with corporate goals.

· Oversee the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity

financing, and manage relationships with banks and financial

institutions.

· Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including

budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

· Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and

other strategic initiatives.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board

of Directors, and other senior executives.

• Accounting and Financial Reporting:

· Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements

in accordance with applicable accounting standards

· Oversee the accounting department, ensuring robust internal

controls, accurate financial records, and adherence to company

policies.

· Manage the audit process, working closely with external auditors to

ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and

regulations that impact the company.

· Coordinate the preparation of filings, quarterly and annual reports,

and other required disclosures.

• Investor Relations:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy

that aligns with the company’s financial and strategic goals.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and

shareholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

· Prepare investor communication materials, including earnings

reports, investor presentations, and press releases.

· Organize and lead investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and

conferences.

· Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and stock performance,

providing insights to senior management.

• Treasury and Risk Management:

· Oversee the company’s treasury operations, including cash

management, liquidity planning, and risk management.

· Develop and implement strategies for managing working capital,

optimizing cash flow, and minimizing financial risk.

• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

· Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including

BSE, SEBI regulations, stock exchange rules and requirements.

· Oversee the preparation and filing of all required regulatory

documents and disclosures.

· Work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with

corporate governance and disclosure requirements.

• Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting, finance, and investor

relations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and

accountability.

· Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and

conduct performance evaluations.

· Ensure continuous professional development of team members

and succession planning within the department.

Desired Skill &

Qualifications

● Qualified Charted Accountant (CA)

● Strong background in financial reporting, corporate finance, capital

markets, and investor relations.

● Proven track record of managing teams and working with senior

executives and boards.

● Deep understanding of financial markets, regulations, and

accounting standards.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to

articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in financial software, Tally, ERP systems, and investor

relations tools.
