Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chartered Accounting Professional.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
• Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
• Maintaining fixed assets register.
• Liaising with AR/AP teams on month-end closing activities.
• Timely and accurate month end closing and monthly reporting.
• Liaising with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
Ideal Profile
• You have at least 2 to 3 year experience within a CA or completed CA (General Ledger) or Accounting Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
