Location: Work From Home – PAN India
Salary: ₹25,000–₹60,000/month (in-hand) + performance-based bonuses

• Proficient in Hindi and English communication

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle chat support for Blinkit customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries
• Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
• Follow process compliance and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
