The Role
We're seeking a motivated individual with a calm and positive attitude to join our kitchen team. As a Culinary Specialist, you'll work alongside the Chef, preparing and cooking food, and implementing seasonal menu changes.

Responsibilities
Take direction from management, implement new ideas, and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. Liaise with the Chef to achieve seamless food service. Maintain exceptional personal presentation standards and uphold integrity and honesty.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (not essential), and strong food safety knowledge. Must be available to work every weekend, with excellent communication and time management skills.
