We are looking for Chef De Partie, with experience in Italian cuisine. who can join a team of culinary professionals committed to their craft, dedicated to delivering the finest dishes, celebrating the best of seasonal and locally sourced produce.

A little taste of your day-to-day

This is a crucial role building and leading a team dedicated to delivering incredible dining experiences. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Assisting in the preparation of a diverse range of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special menu items, adhering to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Overseeing and manage kitchen stations
Coordinating and communicate effectively with other staff to maintain a smooth flow of service
Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
Working with all culinary team members to achieve overall culinary goals
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Assisting in the monitoring and controlling inventory
Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure the freshness, taste, and appearance of food items.
Collaborating with the front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food delivery and guest satisfaction.
Participating in culinary competitions, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
What we need from you

Formal qualifications and demonstrated experience working in a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel.
Previous experience cooking Italian Cuisine essential.
Sound working knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and staff.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
A passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
