The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef Instructor to lead our culinary team and develop innovative courses that align with our objectives. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver industry-relevant culinary and bakery courses
- Lead and inspire a team of culinary instructors
- Develop partnerships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance student learning experiences through guest lectures, industry visits, and internship opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in culinary or bakery arts, preferably with a background in Hospitality Management
- Ability to work within Surat, Gujarat
- Proven track record as a faculty member or instructor in a culinary institute or similar educational setting is preferable
- Exceptional culinary skills and proficiency in recipe development across diverse cuisines and baking techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students of varying backgrounds and skill levels
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methodologies to both offline and online learning environments
