Your Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present food to ensure quality control and consumer satisfaction.
Order, receive, and store kitchen supplies while maintaining proper inventory levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including equipment and surfaces.
Develop menus to meet special dietary and cultural needs of customers.
Coach and support colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment.
About You
Hold an NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery or equivalent qualification.
Have previous experience cooking in a similar environment.
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner.
Have strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
Be physically fit, reliable, and able to pass a police clearance.
