Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Prepare and oversee high-quality, scratch-made menu items with consistent presentation
• Develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect resident preferences and dietary needs
• Maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget effectively
• Train, coach, and develop culinary team members for growth and success
Qualifications
• 5 years of kitchen experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Chef or Executive Chef (restaurant, hotel, or senior living preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven creativity with menu development and flavor profiles
• High attention to detail across all kitchen operations
• ServSafe Certification
