This is a permanent full-time position working Monday 0+.30-5.30pm

You will:
Be responsible for all kitchen and dining operations - overseeing kitchen and hospitality services, providing guidance to your team and creating fresh ideas
Being hands on in the kitchen to assist with food prep and cooking
Work closely with your food & beverage team to deliver great service, ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and coordinate ideas for functions
Monitor daily Food Safety checklists, admin items and ensure strict adherence to all OH&S policies
Complete stock management of all goods including ordering, rotation and amendments
Complete staff rostering, hiring, invoicing and ensure your team deliver outstanding service to customers
Following up on day-to-day operational issues including adhering to schedules, cleaning lists and performance issues
What you'll bring:
Experience as a Cook or Chef in any kitchen setting (e.g retirement villages, cafes, a la carte settings, RSLs or pubs)
Kitchen Management experience (e.g ordering, invoicing and menu prep) highly desired
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (required)
Qualified Food Safety Supervisor (desirable)
Current Police Check clearance and minimum two (2) COVID-1+ vaccinations (required)
