Hiring: Chef | Johor Bahru, Malaysia
We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen operations at Restaurant, Johor Bahru, Malaysia . If you are passionate about food, leadership, and maintaining high culinary standards, we would love to hear from you.
Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Salary: USD 1000 per month
Contract: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee entire kitchen operations , including food preparation and service.
• Plan menus and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards .
• Manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen supplies .
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and consistency standards .
• Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in professional kitchens.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or Chef role .
• Experience in Indian cuisine preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management or related field .
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management .
