Chef
• Work as an apprentice to the Executive and CDP chef.
• Inventory stock check
• Peeling and chopping of ingredients
• Awareness of hygiene and health codes
• Cleaning the storage and kitchenCommis chefs are often chefs in training, working alongside the chef de partie and assisting in the basic needs of the kitchen.
• Preparing ingredients, keeping an inventory, taking charge of organizing and keeping a clean workspace, and properly presenting food items are all part of the commis chef's responsibilities
