Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging chemistry lessons tailored to the IMU-CET syllabus and exam requirements.
2. Create and record high-quality video lectures for digital learning modules and student resources.
3. Use demonstrations and problem-solving techniques to enhance student understanding of chemical concepts.
4. Assess student progress through regular tests and provide constructive feedback to improve exam readiness.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate chemistry with related subjects such as Physics for a holistic learning experience.
6. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
7. Stay updated with developments in chemistry and maritime entrance exam trends to improve teaching practices.
