Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities-
• Work towards maintaining a healthy, hygienic campus with special focus on employee health.
• Ensure minimum response time in case of occurrence of incidence in the company premises.
• Undertake daily OPD, Medicals and minor procedures manageable in OHC
• Ensure regulatory compliances and SOPs in relation to OHC. Exposure to Social Compliance Audits will be an added advantage
• Procure medicines /medical equipment at competitive rates strictly as per guidelines
• Periodically review of medicine stock, reconciliation. Review of critical medicines is must. Upkeep of OHC store.
• Ensure medicine availability in OHC and in first aid boxes as per SOP.
• Ensure operational status of all medical equipment, OHC assets, ambulances etc.
• Render advice on new initiatives, preventive actions against occupational health hazards, awareness campaigns, patient centric measures.
• Arrange training / awareness sessions for members in girls’ and boys’ hostel and common areas.
• Checking of hygienic working conditions in the complex, food quality in canteens, and high noise zones.
• Supervision of medical staff, drivers, performancereviews, training, discipline, roster adherence
• Maintenance of documents and records. Periodic review of policies / procedures in accordance with latest guidelines
• Lead / participate in organizational health initiatives (medical camps, talks, etc)
• Keep professional engagement / Liaison with local medical fraternity (govt & private) for the benefit of our members
• Cross visit other local plant for medical duties as required.
