Chartered accountant having minimum experience in the field of Accounting, Balance Sheet preparation of a manufacturing company.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Overall responsibility of Accounts & Finance.
· Preparation of MIS and sharing with management.
· Timely preparing annual and quarterly standalone and consolidated balance sheet as per Ind AS and coordination with the auditors to close the statutory audit.
· Handling all statutory compliances- Income tax return, GST, TDS, Labour Laws.
· Preparation of budgets and monitoring cash balance and cash forecasts.
