Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accounting Officer for our Mumbai location. This full-time role involves preparing financial statements, financial reporting, finance, and Certified Public Accounting (CPA).
Key Responsibilities
Financial Statements and Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
Finance and Accounting: Oversee all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
Certified Public Accounting (CPA): Maintain and uphold CPA certification
Strong Analytical Skills: Analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions
Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions to financial challenges
Experience in Financial Management: Proven track record in financial planning, management, and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and lead teams
24/7 work culture and attitude
Deadline-driven performance
Requirements
Background in accounting and finance with a Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in financial management and reporting
Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
CPA certification
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience working in companies with turnovers between 200-500 crores
