Key Responsibilities:
• Data Architecture & Scalability: Redesign and optimize JSON blob storage strategies, evaluate complex data structures, and implement scalable solutions.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization: Analyze and resolve performance issues across PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Snowflake environments.
• Database Administration: Ensure high availability, backups, and disaster recovery across database platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in database administration and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with JSON data modeling and optimization.
• Strong SQL expertise with proven ability to refactor complex queries.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformations.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow.
