Key responsibilities include:
• Leading strategic and operational projects within the international transformation program.
• Conducting thorough process analyses to identify improvement opportunities throughout the value chain.
• Managing all phases of projects from conception to execution, ensuring effective time, budget, and quality management.
• Guiding internal teams through piloting and implementation phases, while delivering data-driven insights and developing key performance indicators to validate ideas.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops and management meetings to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Designing and implementing communication, training, and change management concepts to support successful project outcomes.
• Enhancing staff development in project management skills to build a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or in-house consulting.
• Proven track record in project or workstream management with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex topics independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in German and strong English language skills.
• A willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
