We are looking for a good and experienced candidate each Chennai for handling the role of CHRO focused on Business reporting to Co-founders Job Description:  Should have worked with Start-ups  Should have managed 2000+ employees  Develop organisation strategies by identifying issues and recommendations to establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational goals  Initiate, articulate and amplify values and culture within the organisation  Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, etc.  Responsible for setting up a performance management system and OKRs across the organisation  Effectively lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategy plans and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring and succession plans for team members  Responsible for Increased productivity and efficiency in the workforce  Responsible to bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues  Effectively develop and monitor an annual budget of the People Success team as per the business plan  Envision a strong culture of Learning and Development across the organisation
