Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Business Development sectors.
• Utilize HR software (specifically SAP) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit.
• Organizational Culture Development:
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and promote a positive company culture aligned with organizational values.
• Design and implement feedback systems for employees to enhance engagement and performance.
• Foster an inclusive work environment that supports diversity and employee well-being.
• Employee Onboarding and Development:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Create programs for continuous employee development, performance management, and career progression.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Monitor recruitment metrics and employee satisfaction surveys to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports on HR initiatives and outcomes for executive review.
• Travel Requirements:
• Willingness to travel to different plants and offices as needed to support HR initiatives.
