The candidate should have extensive experience as Head HR to take care of activities in the multiple units in Chennai and Perundurai. The reporting location is in Coimbatore. The candidate is required to travel frequently to our manufacturing Industry and ensure implementation of KPI , KRA and Monitor EHS, Trainings. The candidate is also required to have Government Liasoning work, Pollution Departments , Labour Department, and ensuring adherence of government compliance regulations ,
