Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the human capital strategy of our banking organization based in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership:

• Compensation and Benefits:

• Ensure the organization’s HR policies and practices comply with banking regulations and labor laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their implications.

• Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Implement DEI programs and track measurable outcomes.
• HR Operations and Technology:
• Leverage HR technology and analytics to optimize processes and decision-making.
• Ensure the seamless operation of HR systems, including payroll, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
• Learning and Development:
• Drive learning initiatives to upskill employees and meet future business needs.
• Establish a culture of continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in the banking or financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
