Job Description:
As the CHRO for this distinguished automotive company, you will play a central role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing HR initiatives that align seamlessly with the business objectives and values. This position, based in Pune, will see you collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to steer the company's HR and talent management endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
• Devising and implementing HR strategies that are closely aligned with the company's overarching business goals.
• Offering strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR issues, organizational structure, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversight of talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Establishment of comprehensive talent management and succession planning strategies.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Cultivating an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
• Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and introducing initiatives to enhance staff retention.
Performance Management:
• Designing and supervising performance management procedures.
• Identifying and implementing programs for professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Formulating and overseeing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulations.
HR Policies and Compliance:
• Development and upkeep of HR policies and protocols.
• Ensuring stringent compliance with legal requirements and managing regulatory matters.
Diversity and Inclusion:
• Promotion of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Change Management:
• Spearheading HR-related change management efforts to facilitate organizational growth and transformation.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are highly desirable.
• A demonstrated track record as an HR leader, with a history of taking on leadership roles within similar organizations.
• A deep understanding of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that fully support business objectives.
