Job Responsibilities:
- To drive her/his team of Sales Managers to complete business targets.
- To drive her/his team of Sales Managers to complete business targets
- Visiting banks, maintaining strong relations with RO's and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business
- Generating Affinity leads by association with various PSUs and Cooperative Banks
- Handling a team of 6 to 7 Sales Managers
- To ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business.
- Support/Clear the path for Sales managers to complete their Rural Policy targets.
- Training and team development.
Requirements :
- Candidates with prior non BFSI experience will be preferred
- Candidates with team management experience are desirable
- Other Skills: Good command on English, MS-Excel, Excellent presentation skills, Relationship Management & People management.
