Job Responsibilities: Manage Insurance Sales Achievement through Business Associates (BAs). Recruit and Train Business Associates : Develop and coach agents on a commission basis. Supervise Activity Plans : Ensure agents fulfill their activity plans as per desired levels. Weekly Performance Review (PRP) : Conduct performance reviews with agents and update the Sales Management System. Promote Career Progression : Motivate agents to participate in career progression programs. Agent Portal & CRM Usage : Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for managing customer relationships and cross-selling different products.
