Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)/Vice President - Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that increases the company's brand awareness and drives revenue growth. The CMO will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to drive business growth through various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches, sales promotions, and other business objectives.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and ensure the most effective use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing them as appropriate to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drove revenue growth and increased brand awareness.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring the most effective use of resources.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
