Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for profitable growth and effective operation.
As the COO, you will provide leadership for the company by working with the Management Board (CEO, CFO. COO) and collaborating cross-functionally with the organization’s Country Managers. You will develop Pro s strategy and policies to ensure the company continues to advance in a dynamic and competitive environment. You will be the focal point for the major partnerships and key customer relationships and would continue to identify, explore, and recommend new business opportunities to increase Pro s market share.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the profitable growth alongside developing the business in the different geographical regions. This includes organizational development, strategy formulation and implementation, sales, and business development of major service lines such as, IFS, ServiceNow, and Managed Services.
• Plan, organize, direct, and analyze the organization's monthly performance and set the pace of the operations according to immediate and medium-term goals
• Assess organization structure and provide direction for changes to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the company
• Develop the company’s strategy and budget. Analyze monthly budgets, financial reports, and trends; produce business performance reports and submit plans and recommendations to the Chairman and Board.
• Attract, develop, and manage Global Management team members
• Take responsibility for profit, revenue, performance achievements
• Maintain regular contact and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop existing business and explore new opportunities for growth and increase profitability
• Develop Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Initiatives.
• Execute policies that promote company culture and vision for a well-functioning workforce
Knowledge/Skills:
• Proven track record of delivering results and scaling up a sizeable business, preferably from a global IT services company
• Strong business acumen and creativity
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute strategic initiatives to leverage business performance
• Has a global network and exposure in multiple commercial industries
• A strong-willed and inspiring leader who can rally and motivate teams and drive them to execute operational and tactical goals with excellence
• Possess competency in Information Technology
• A recognized university degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business management as a President, CEO, COO.
