Job Description
As COO, your will mainly be expected on managing the following main aspects :
Support delivery of the strategic plan in collaboration with the board
Drive operational performance (manufacturing, quality, logistics, distribution, and maintenance), including financial in partnership with the CFO
Champion a culture of safety, efficiency, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
Align operational capabilities with key growth initiatives by leading investment planning for CAPEX, growth initiatives and expansion (including M&A) to strengthen systems and processes, improving efficiency and scalability
Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Lead and develop high-performing teams across core operation functions
With an engineering educational background (or equivalent), you have a proven track record in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in food industry, you have demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and business growth.
With a strong strategic thinking and financial culture, you are known for your excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Your managerial experience enables you to be comfortable with diverse teams and complex stakeholder environments.
