• Team Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical leads and developers, providing real-time clarifications and unblocking the team.
• Sprint Readiness: Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Progress Tracking & Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding delivery status, risks, and key decisions.
• Quality Focus: Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are aligned with defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
Key Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Detailed understanding of business requirements and technical implementation
