About the Job:
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to the senior management team, overseeing the organization's human resource function and performance. This includes planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Qualifications:
- Possess an MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources from a prestigious institute or university
- Have professional background experience in BPO, including managing 24x7 hours of operations support, including night shifts
- Bring at least 5-7 years of HR leadership experience and an overall experience of minimum 15 years across HR functions
- Strong understanding of HR technology, including HRMS implementation and management
- Excel as a communicator, demonstrating strong influencing skills to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders
- Have problem-solving mindset, identifying and implementing effective solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management
- Analytical approach empowering data-driven decisions
