About the Role
We are on the lookout for a visionary Chief Technology Executive (CTE) to shape and implement our technology strategy. As a pivotal member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team, you will drive innovation and scalability in our organization and industry at large. This role requires a forward-thinking technology leader with a robust client and product orientation, extensive experience in software engineering or technology leadership, and a solid history of scaling B2B platforms in a vibrant, Agile environment.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of transformative technologies, particularly AI and ML, championing modern Agile methodologies for swift iteration and continuous learning. Leadership in team culture is essential, focusing on cultivating and nurturing high-performing, inclusive teams aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
We prefer candidates with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the technology field, ideally within clean energy, solar, storage, or IoT sectors. We seek an innovative and inquisitive leader, adept in Agile practices, and with excellent communication skills to promote a culture of ownership and inclusiveness. The CTE will work closely with product management, guarantee effective software delivery, and prioritize data integrity and security.
