Qualitative experience in Statutory & Legal Compliance, Payroll incorporation with System through, Industrial Relation, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefit, Contract Labour, Recruitment, Training &development, HR Policy, Performance Management System, Budgeting, Manpower Optimization, Welfare Activity, Manpower Planning, Costing. bringing an innovative approach to human Resource management.
Key responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance Management:
• Overall Factory & Labour Laws Compliances ensuring returns and other compliance requirements.
• Application and Renewal of Licenses, Registrations, NOCs, Approvals from Various Govt. Dept. w.r.t. Operations.
Contract Labour Management:
• PR & PO Processing, Vendors Bills Clearance, Timely Salary & Billing Payment
• Compliance Check ensuring manpower availability
Factory Security Management:
• Acting as Site Security Leader, Security Manpower Deployment, Visitor Gate Entry & Exit Management,
• Implementing Security Measures and Procedures
Welfare & Factory Administration:
• Canteen management, Employee Uniform, Locker Room, Rest Room & Drinking Water
Employee Transport Management:
• Fix & On call cab management, Employee Transport (BUS) Management
Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
• Overall Employee Facilities Maintenance, Upkeep & New Development of Employee Facilities, House Keeping.
HRBP Responsibilities:
• Partnering with BU Manager
• Responsible for HR Process Deployment & Execution in respective BU
• Representing HR function in respective BU
• SPOC for Employees issues and grievances
• CFT Member & day to day problem solving
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skill with fluency in English
• Thorough Knowledge of Labour Laws
• Good Organization & Interpersonal Skill
• Administrative writing and reporting skills
Working Conditions:
• A standard working week.
• Deployed at plant office.
• For this job the base location is Vadodara.
Education Qualification:
10 years in the field of HR & Admin, should be a full time Master Degree holder, i.e. MSW /MHRM + IRPM
