Job Description
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer supporting IT service management.
• Have experience in designing and configuration of core applications.
• Have experience with contact with business representatives, solution architecture, defining requirements.
• Developing ServiceNow customizations and solutions as per business requirements
• Are experienced in database design schemas and data modeling
• Collaborating with development teams (internal/external) in regards to ServiceNow solutions.
• Providing consultancy to the development team and Product Owner.
• Helping in identifying and resolving ServiceNow related defects and risks.
• Prepare/perform unit tests for the product
• Have good knowledge about common software design patterns
• Knowledge in IT Operations Management, Service Management, and ITIL foundation is critical.
• Nice to have
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) Certificate
• Participated on Agile/Scrum projects
• Have HTML/CSS experience
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex business and technical problems
• Excellent communications skill
