Job Description
• Act as a resource for inside sales team in a designated territory, providing essential customer service, product selection, technical support, order entry in effective and timely manner
• Receive customer inquires and review and interpret specifications & requirements to prepare quotations
• Contract review of PO, preparing order check list
• Enter & track orders from system, customer acknowledgement & send to customer
• Resolve discrepancies between confirmation order information & order processing information. Forward to consent personnel
• Revise & update orders as necessary
• Work with inside sales manager for designated region to maintain updated information regarding inquiry & order status, in order to effectively serve external as well as internal customers
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload & business need.
