About the Role:
As a Medical Representative at CIPLA, you will play a vital role in promoting CIPLA's products, educating healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients have access to the medications they need. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, delivering product information, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote CIPLA's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers, through effective detailing and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by providing accurate and up-to-date information about CIPLA's products, disease areas, and treatment options.
• Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of CIPLA's products and therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop and implement promotional strategies and initiatives to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence using CRM systems and other tools to track performance and measure results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
