Job Description
• Drive sales of investment products, insurance, alternate assets, and other wealth offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the HNW and UHNW client base.
• Work closely with the branch banking team to generate leads and cross-sell wealth products.
• Ensure strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, providing personalized wealth solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering financial planning, portfolio management, and investment advice.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver customized financial solutions based on client needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Wealth Managers.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their wealth advisory capabilities.
• Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure alignment with the bank’s business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies related to wealth management.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring due diligence and best practices in client portfolio management.
• Keep updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary modifications.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and new product offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to identify competitive opportunities and threats.
• Work with product and research teams to ensure best-in-class offerings for clients.
