NICA's recreational classes
NICA Rec is recruiting now for circus trainers in 2026 and we would love to hear from you!
NICA is committed to providing the best learning experience to our students, whether they are 5 years old and just starting out in circus or our high-level teens and adults. To deliver our programs to the highest level we endeavour to employ trainers that are experienced, knowledgeable of their craft, and who love to teach people, big and small!.
We are on the lookout for interested alumni and experienced circus professionals for ongoing teaching work throughout 2026. Our non-accredited recreational classes run each term on Monday to Thursday evenings and on Saturdays. Additional work is available throughout holiday periods in the form of workshops, private tuition, holiday programs, social circus, and outreach programs.
Some of the specialty skills we are looking for include flexibility/contortion, straps, pole, tumbling and acro, hand balancing and aerials (tissu, hoop, trapeze, flying trapeze).
