Who are we?
Royal Brothers is India's Largest & South India's First RTO Authorized Self-Ride Bike Rental Service Provider. We are based out of Bangalore operating in 45 cities and scaling up exponentially. We currently have a staggering fleet size of 700 including all Royal Enfield models, scooters, sports bikes, super bikes, etc.
We are a mix of state-of-the-art technology and scrupulous operation to put a rider on his bike and a smile on his face! Happy and safe riding folks :)
Purpose of the Job
This role associates with the Operations Head, Operations Manager and Senior Operations Analyst to run an end-to-end data driven operations agenda (majorly involves vehicle maintenance) with direct impact on business results
The role is responsible for collecting, collating, analysing vehicle-related data and documenting the process flow and insights from the analysis. This role requires creative problem solving and strategic thinking.
What will you do?
• Be responsible for on time delivery of vehicles to customers by managing the fleet executives
• Strategically plan and maintain the condition of the vehicles.
• Manage road side assistance and provide support for breakdowns.
• Arrange/ catalogue inventory across all locations.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery time, transport cost and executive efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints including customer feedback on vehicle health.
• Provide supervision and training to the workforce.
• Resolves operational and maintenance problems to ensure on-time customer deliveries at minimum expense and prevent operational delays.
• Create and maintain a statistical tool includes- No of total vehicles, vehicles on the trip, no of serviced vehicles and no of vehicles idle
• Track orders of inefficiency and implementation of corrective
• Responsible for overall Business and P&L for the city
• Responsible for handling RTO works.
What you need to have
• 2+ years of experience in operations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Aware of all facets of operations
• Hunger to learn and grow
• Bubbling with new ideas and energy to execute them and get results
• Ready to get your hands dirty and implement strategies on field
• Committed to the growth of the company and shouldn't mind working long hours as and when needed
