Position : Asst Manager- Civil
Education : Diploma/Degree in Civil
Must have Experience in : Above 13Yrs, Must have hand on experience in Civil project, constriction road, Pavement, Bitumen, Structure Drawings, Concrete, Survey, Inward level, hydraulic system, Highrise building finishers, solid bricks, characteristics of expirer, interior paint
Location : Ulwe _Navi Mumbai
Preferred Candidate : Only from Mumbai areas and matching JD, candidate should be ready for immediate joining
Role & responsibilities
Must have hand on experience in Civil project, constriction road, Pavement, Bitumen, Structure Drawings, Concrete, Survey, Inward level, hydraulic system, Highrise building finishers, solid bricks, characteristics of expirer, interior paint
Proper functions of Civil and PHE Systems - Preparation of PM Schedule and its execution Responsible for planning and Supervising of Maintenance and troubleshooting work - Manpower Deployment & Development - Material Management - Implementing Innovations, Best practices & Energy Saving Measures - Preparation and Circulation of MOM - Preparation for Contingency Plan - Attendance and Leave Management - Improvement works - Preparation of Reports - Supervisions of Operation - Problem diagnosis to identify faults, Root Cause Analysis and Rectification of defects on Priority - Monitoring of 5S in assigned work area - Walk through in the work area - Consumption Reports - Report of PM Schedule and Performed - Suggest Energy/Water Saving Measures Understand of Civil work, PHE operation, schematic drawing and protection system. Troubleshooting of Failure Identification and Evaluation of alternative choices in restorations system O & M Procedure of Critical Equipment of System Monitoring the parameters and tracking the trips and alarms in the system during the shift
Salary : 7LPA to 10 LPA
