• Plan and develop project scope.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
• Coordination between client, architect, contractor and execution team regarding civil work.
• Preparing documents for quality check and inspection with PMC and client.
• Estimate quantity for items for civil work and ordering them.
• Preparing BOQ, BBS, DLR, DPR, etc. on requirement basis.
• Have good communication skills and be presentable.
