Experience : 5 years of on-site work experience
Educational Qualification :BE Civil Engineering
Job Profile: Position will be responsible for :
• Supervise execution of construction activities, finishing items & road work at site
• Communicate on site status, approvals, challenges and suggestions at the head office
• Maintain accounts of bills, payments & payrolls and submit in the head office
• Address & mend maintenance issues of the project
• Overview the smooth functioning of the project, amenities, on going activities and that of the project as a whole.
• Manage material procurement & Staff payroll if need arises
