Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily construction activities at site

· Ensure work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and MEP teams

· Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines

· Check measurements, material usage, and contractor bills

· Handle site issues and ensure compliance with building codes

· Prepare progress reports and update management

Project & Cost Management:

· Plan project schedules and monitor execution

· Control costs and prevent budget overruns

· Manage materials, manpower, and machinery

Quality & Safety:

· Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance

· Conduct inspections and safety checks

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

· 4–7 years of experience in real estate/construction projects

· Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works

· Ability to read drawings and specifications

· AutoCAD knowledge mandatory; MS Office required

· Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects

· Vendor and contractor management experience

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Well-verse with software’s for Project management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
