Role Description
As a Partners Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate relationship with external Partners. you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective partners management and build strong relationship with our current and prospective (real estate) partners. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, collaboration and effective operations.

Technical Roles and Responsibilities: ✓ Contributing and working closely with relevant teams (the SITE Engineers, subcontractors, and/or internal departments) for future improvements and/or site enhancement. ✓ Validation and quality control of new system and perform testing depends on document control and quality records management, material procurement traceability, and other procedures as stated in the Project Quality Manual. ✓ Closely working with teams (internal and external) to consolidate necessary documents, communicate Quality Objectives and Quality Policy to all Relevant Authorities. ✓ Partner with clients very closely to offer the best support and customer experiences. ✓ Manage the implementation/deployment of system enhancements/new systems through the project life cycle, review Project Quality Manual, Inspection and Test Plan, Method Statements, and project-specific procedures. ✓ Responsible for sites regulatory compliance, ensure company standards as outlined in Project Quality Manual are effectively implemented, performs all kinds of site inspections, follow-up of activities, and approval. ✓ Maintain a record of internal non-conformances and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure satisfactory corrective and preventive actions are taken
Leadership Roles and Responsibilities: ✓ To handle a team of 3-4 QAQC professionals and supervising them every day. ✓ To set performance objectives for the team, aligned to organization goals and appraise against these objectives. ✓ Coach, mentor and motivate the team members to do the best, keeping the deadline into mind, ✓ Having the ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, which will involve comparing actual to expected performance and taking corrective action when necessary. ✓ Collaborating with the respective teams to deliver a solution that drives best value for the client. ✓ Promoting best practice, analyzing their work, sharing continuous improvement steps to be taken for them to deliver the best results. ✓ Training the team when needed after reviewing & accessing the success of the goal using reliable measurements.
Educational Background: ✓ B.Tech/B.E. - Civil (Graduate) ✓ Knowledge of project requirements and specifications, ISO +001 Experience Required: ✓ Minimum 5 years (preferred) in residential QAQC background. Industry Type: ✓ Engineering & Construction ✓ Residential Building Salary: ✓ Upto 40k per month
