Job Description
Manage customer relationships, interactions, and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the service promise
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners to ensure ongoing relationships; Vero market and brand perception is developed and maintained; and effective claims outcomes are achieved
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes and participate in their testing, in order to contribute to the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Claims Practice
Within your role ensure that risks are managed on a day-to-day basis by adhering to all VNZ processes and procedures and act in a way that supports and champions a risk culture within VNZ.
What you will need to succeed:
5 Years claims management and resolution experience including high level of customer interaction competency to finding sensible solutions to progress claims quickly and effectively
Strong customer service and conversation capabilities
Strong active listening, critical thinking and negotiation skills
